Roasted Cauliflower!!
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees |
Here it is, Mrs. Melinda!! =D
One head of cauliflower |
Cut into bite-sized pieces |
1 TBSP Oil, melted. (We use coconut oil) 1 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1/8 tsp Salt |
Mix together and put it on a pan, adding more salt on top if desired. ( I recommend it) |
Cook for 20-25 min. turning after 10 and bake until tender and browned around edges!! It's also good raw. :) |
